Dr Anthony Idigbe (SAN)

Dr. Anthony Ikemefuna Idigbe, a seasoned legal practitioner with over 40 years' experience, is the Senior Partner at PUNUKA Attorneys & Solicitors and admitted to practice law in Ontario, Canada. He is renowned for his expertise in Advocacy, Insolvency, Business Restructuring, Arbitration, Dispute Resolution, and more. Elevated to the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria in 2000, Idigbe holds an impressive array of qualifications including a Doctorate degree in Cross-Border Insolvency from York University, Ontario, Canada, three Masters of Law degrees, an MBA, and diplomas in various international legal disciplines. He is a Fellow of prestigious institutions such as INSOL International, International Insolvency Institute, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK, International Bar Association, amongst others. Idigbe's leadership extends to his role as Founder and first Chairman of the Capital Market Solicitors Association and President of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN). He occupies key positions on the Board of several companies and currently spearheads business and human capital development through PUNUKA Consulting Inc.

Elizabeth Idigbe is the Managing Partner and leader of various practice groups at the law firm of PUNUKA Attorneys & Solicitors. She boasts of an impressive career spanning over 33 years, marked by her exceptional expertise in areas such as Energy & Power, Real Estate, Trust & Wealth Management, Company Secretarial Practice, and general Corporate & Commercial Practice. She holds a Master of Laws Degree from the University of Lagos and is a respected member and fellow of professional bodies such as the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) respectively. She has extensive experience in both the banking and oil & gas industries, where she held significant positions such as Company Secretary of a major deposit bank and General Manager in charge of Human Resources, Corporate Services, and Company Secretarial affairs at a prominent oil marketing company. Not only is Elizabeth recognized for her legal acumen and leadership, but she is also celebrated for her philanthropic efforts, through her involvement with the Punuka Foundation, alongside receiving numerous awards for her contributions to society.

Mr. Peter Okocha

Mr. Peter Eloka Okocha, a prominent Nigerian businessman and philanthropist hailing from Ibusa, Delta State, boasts a diverse and accomplished journey. Educated across various institutions, including Saint Michael's College in Delta state, Okocha's academic pursuits led him to Northeastern University, where he obtained B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Economics and Political Economics respectively. Furthering his education, he acquired a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Roosevelt University before returning to Nigeria to complete his Youth Service with Streamline in 1978. Okocha's entrepreneurial spirit flourished as he established several successful ventures, including Chrismatel, a Clearing and Forwarding Agency, and subsidiaries like Vivaldi, which assembled Air-Conditioners. Additionally, he contributes to education as a board member of the American University of Nigeria, Yola, showcasing his commitment to both business and societal development.

Additionally, Okolo's influence extends to the Advisory Board of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group, where he provides valuable insights. A graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and a Fellow of prestigious institutes, Okolo is also the founder and CEO of ENFRASCO Limited, an Energy and Infrastructure Company, highlighting his entrepreneurial prowess and dedication to the industry.
