EVENT POSTPONED. Updates coming soon.
Background
Punuka Foundation, through its childcare center, has been dedicated to supporting the holistic development of children, including neurodiverse learners. Recognizing the need for inclusive environments where all children can thrive, the Foundation is launching an innovative summer camp in Lagos. This initiative aligns with our mission to foster inclusivity and provide quality childcare services.
Introduction
The inclusive summer camp, set to run during the third and fourth weeks of August, is designed as a residential program catering to learners from across the country. The camp will accommodate both neurodiverse learners and regular learners, ensuring that each child receives the attention and support they need. This camp will not only serve as a fun and educational retreat but also as a strategic effort to attract more payable clients to the childcare centre.
Objectives:
- Provide learners with opportunities to acquire vocational and digital skills.
- Offer non-therapeutic support to neurodiverse learners through art, sports, and music.
- Facilitate exposure to new places and experiences through excursions and play dates.
