Neurodiversity Awareness Training Programme: A Beginner’s Guide aimed to enhance
understanding and practical application of inclusive strategies among caregivers,
educators, therapists, and parents. The baseline survey identified significant knowledge

marked improvements in participants’ understanding, confidence, and readiness to
support neurodiverse individuals. This report evaluates the program’s impact, highlights
key findings, and offers recommendations for future iterations.
